ClickHeal is an AddOn, which makes it possible to heal with mouse clicks. Spells are assigned to left, middle and right mouse button and by clicking a party member, you will cast the assigned spell on that party member (or yourself).

ClickHeal also supports a so called 'Panic' button. By clicking this button the healing program will chose by itself the person who needs healing most and the approriate spell. This is very handy in mass battles or in PvP. Experienced healers might not use this much though.

ClickHeal also gives you other features, like buttons for casting 'Fade'/'Barkskin' and a button for group heal. Timers will show you when you can recast these spells. It also provides you with a mana bar, so that you have all information needed for healing in one place. Another features is the simple display of buffs, debuffs, healing over time effects and missing buffs on yourself and party members. And a cast bar, showing casting time, channel time and global cooldowns, all in one place. Last but not least, dps for party members is also shown.

ClickHeal is fully CT Raid Assist (CTRA) enabled (option to switch on/off).

The default assignment of heal spells is as follows:
Priest:
- Left Mouse: Quick heal (Flash heal)
- Middle Mouse: Heal over time (Renew)
- Right Mouse: Shield (Power Word: Shield)
- Shift Left Mouse: Slow Heal (Lesser Heal, Heal, Greater Heal)
- Shift Middle Mouse: Buff (Power Word: Fortitude,Inner Fire)
- Shift Right Mouse: Debuff (with decursive mod only)

Druids:
- Left Mouse: Quick heal (Regrowth)
- Middle Mouse: Swiftness (Nature's Swiftness)
- Right Mouse: Heal over time (Rejuvenation)
- Shift Left Mouse: Slow Heal (Healing Touch)
- Shift Middle Mouse: Buff (Mark of the Wild,Thorns)
- Shift Right Mouse: Debuff (with decursive mod only)

Shaman:
- Left Mouse: Quick Heal (Lesser Healing Wave)
- Middle Mouse: Swiftness (Nature's Swiftness)
- Right Mouse: Chain Heal (Chain Heal)
- Shift Left Mouse: Slow Heal (Healing Wave)
- Shift Middle Mouse: Buff (Lightning Shield)
- Shift Right Mouse: Debuff (with decursive mod only)

Paladin:
- Left Mouse: Quick Heal (Flash of Light)
- Middle Mouse: Lay on Hands (Lay on Hands)
- Right Mouse: Slow Heal (Holy Light)
- Shift Left Mouse: Shield (Blessing of Protection)
- Shift Middle Mouse: Buff (Blessings)
- Shift Right Mouse: Debuff (with decursive mod only)
